About

"About ALL-IN Football Camps"

The ALL-IN Institute is a holistic educational model that is built on three pillars: Values, Academic Excellence, and Skills Development.

ALL-IN Values – A proven values-based program is used to teach students, coaches, and parents how to improve relationships, increase self-awareness and self-confidence. Values matter.

ALL-IN Academics – Academic success builds skills needed for the future. Our program helps students identify their strengths and interests while developing a plan for college and/or career.

ALL-IN Skills Development – ALL-IN Football Camps, as well as our other camps, are a fun, engaging way to improve skills while hearing testimonies of former and current pro and college athletes.

The ALL-IN Institute stems from 40 years of experience in community development and relational, intellectual, financial and resource capital cultivation.

ALL-IN Is a division of YESUSA Transformational Cities, a 501(c)3 entity.

History

TURNING THE HEARTS OF THE FATHERS

The birth of ALL-IN came out of an authentic father and son relationship that found an opportunity to be rooted by a high school Coach in Norfolk. The father and son are Joe and Aaron McDaniel, the Coach, Hank Sawyer, Head Football Coach of Lake Taylor High School.

The desire to extend football skills quickly rose to the desire to improve the character of the scholar/athlete as noted by two other fathers, Sporty and Chris. This led to extending this desire to Ronald Atkinson of YESUSA Transformational Cities and William Fuller, retired All-Pro Defensive End of the Philadelphia Eagles. This was the birthing of ALL-IN Institute which created TURNING THE HEARTS OF THE FATHERS.

JESUS CHRIST is known by His relationship with His Father. This should be the model of relationships with all fathers and sons.

"I would like to see this as part of all Norfolk Public Schools' athletic programs."

-Stephen Suttmiller, coordinator of Norfolk Public Schools Athletics
